The launch of Haines Cuisine Catering was born out of a demand for Chef Jeffrey Haines to take his vast experience off-site.
As the Executive Chef of the world famous Keyclub on the Sunset Strip since 1996, Chef Haines has catered some of the most high profile events in the entertainment industry. These have covered a broad spectrum to include movie premieres, wrap parties, cd release parties, corporate events, showcases and benefits as well as numerous weddings and birthday parties.
At the sister venue to Keyclub “PLUSH” in Summerlin, Nevada, Chef Haines developed an extensive small plate menu as well as a full service catering division focused mainly on corporate events and weddings.
Chef Haines is also a Chef Instructor at the internationally famous “Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute” in Pasadena California.
Prior to working for Keyclub, he received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, attended Los Angeles Culinary Institute and apprenticed under Chef Jeffrey Mora of the 1992 and 1996 culinary Olympic Teams
He also worked with such notable chefs as Master Chef Raimund Hofmeister, Master Chef Gustav Mauler, Master Pastry Chef Manfred Uhl, Master Pastry Chef Rudy Rosier, as well as, celebrity chefs Joachim Splichal, Southwestern Chef John Sedlar and local Los Angeles talent Larry Nicola
Before his tenure at Keyclub began, Chef Haines honed his skills at Nicola Restaurant in downtown Los Angeles, Pinot Hollywood and off-site at Patina Catering.
